Introduction
Compex Legal Services, Inc.("Compex," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website, use our services, or otherwise interact with our company. This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information, and explains the rights available to you regarding your personal information.
This Privacy Notice applies to personal information we collect through our website at compexlegal.com, our client portal, and through our business operations. It does not apply to information we process on behalf of our clients in our capacity as a service provider, which is governed by our agreements with those clients. This Notice also does not apply to protected health information (PHI) or medical records we process under HIPAA Business Associate Agreements with our clients.
