How long does it take to get records?
On average, getting medical records through an authorization takes about 15–20 days. If the records are requested with a subpoena, the process usually takes around 30 days.

Can Compex direct bill?
Absolutely! Compex can direct bill carriers that allow it, sending invoices at the carrier’s rates straight to them for payment. If the carrier requires it, we can also redirect the invoice to the ordering firm at the same rates, making the billing process smooth and hassle-free.
